Terms of Use

By using this site you accept these terms. They are short and written in plain English.

Adults only

This guide describes explicit adult material and shows key art and short previews from an adult service. You may use it only if you are at least 18 and adult content is legal where you are. If either is not true, leave now.

Accuracy, and its limits

Figures here are read from candy.ai and dated. We work to keep them right, but candy.ai can change its catalogue, prices or rules at any time, and a page may lag behind for up to a week. Where something could not be verified, the page says so. Always check the price on candy.ai’s checkout before paying; if it differs from ours, the checkout is right.

Affiliate links

Buttons that open candy.ai are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on subscriptions that follow a click. This does not change your price. We are not candy.ai’s agent, and any purchase is a contract between you and candy.ai’s operator, EverAI Limited.

Third-party sites

We are not responsible for candy.ai or any other site we mention or link to, their content, their billing or their privacy practices. Sites using the Candy AI Shorts name other than candyshorts.com and candy.ai are not official, and we warn against entering card details or passwords on them.

Liability

This guide is provided as it is, for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using it, including subscriptions, renewals or charges. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version on this page is the one that applies, and significant changes will be reflected in the page date.
