What happens in Under My Step-Sister’s Hood
Three days before a car show, his new stepsister rolls her boyfriend's '69 Camaro into his garage after three other shops failed to fix it. He gets it running in ten minutes, and before she drives off on Sunday she has one more request: the back seat.
A mechanic story with a deadline
Few series in the catalogue give the male lead a skill to show off, and that is the hook here: the stepbrother fixes in minutes what three garages could not, and his stepsister notices. The car belongs to her boyfriend, which adds a cheating thread to the step-sibling taboo, and the Sunday departure puts a clock on everything.
Both characters are adults created by candy.ai.
Free episodes and full cost
You get episode 1 free without signing up and episode 2 free with an account. The other 3 episodes cost 12 tokens each, so the full ride comes to 36 tokens.
Who will enjoy it
It suits viewers who like a stepsister story with some attitude and a setting other than the family home. There is more of the genre under the Stepsister tag, but few of those have a garage, a classic car and a boyfriend’s property on the line.
Who is who in Under My Step-Sister’s Hood
The narrator, his new stepsister and her boyfriend’s classic car are the cast. Three days before a car show, she brings the boyfriend’s 1969 Camaro to his garage after three other shops failed; he fixes it in ten minutes; it leaves on Sunday, and so does she, but first she wants the back seat. The garage and the car give the series a setting no other story uses. Both are adults, related by marriage.
candy.ai links the series to its character Mona Newman, who is also attached to British Summer with my Stepbro, Camp Rules and Mona’s Obsession. If Mona Newman is the reason you are here, those series are the natural next stop.
