What happens in The Gods Gave Me My Father’s Wife
Prince Theron returns home to find a new stepmother, Queen Lysandra, who is the woman from his dreams. Shared visions draw them into a forbidden affair until they are caught and banished, and then the king, who could never satisfy her, offers the prince both his wife and his crown.
Prophecy, passion and a crown
This is the most mythological story in the catalogue. Dreams that two people share, a queen who is also a stepmother, a king who cannot keep up and a twist that hands the prince everything. It reads like a short epic, with exile and reversal packed into five episodes, and the fantasy setting lets it go further with fate and destiny than any contemporary plot could.
It is tagged Cuckold, Fantasy, Stepmom and Taboo. Everyone in The Gods Gave Me My Father’s Wife is an adult character created by candy.ai.
How much of the legend is free
Episodes 1 and 2 cost nothing, covering Theron’s return and the first shared vision. The affair, the banishment and the king’s offer are in the 3 paid episodes, at 12 tokens each, 36 tokens in total.
For viewers who
Like grand stories with a beginning, a fall and an ending, more than a single situation stretched out. It is the most plot-driven entry in the Fantasy group, which also includes dragon queens, witches and a royal guard. If you want the stepmom theme without crowns, the regular Stepmom shelf is the place.
The Cuckold tag here refers to the king himself, an unusual twist on a label that normally describes modern couples.
It is one of the series where paying actually buys a resolution rather than more of the same.
Who is who in The Gods Gave Me My Father’s Wife
Prince Theron, his father the king and the new queen Lysandra are the cast. Theron comes home to find his new stepmother is the woman from his dreams; shared visions pull them into a forbidden affair; they are caught and banished, and then the king, who could never satisfy her, offers the prince both his wife and his crown. It is a mythic fantasy with prophecy and succession at stake. Everyone is an adult.
candy.ai links the series to its character Camilla Azarian, who is also attached to Boys Not Allowed, My Son’s Fiancée and My Step-Sister’s Bachelorette Party!. If Camilla Azarian is the reason you are here, those series are the natural next stop.
Epic fantasy, continued
If you enjoyed the grand scale, a few other stories on the Fantasy shelf have real plots. The Witch Who Made Me King trades nights for a crown, Cleopatra and Caesar mixes an affair with the politics of empires, and Trespasser of the Sunken Court threatens an elven kingdom with a forbidden bond.
For a prince and his father’s new wife without the prophecy, My Father’s New Queen adds a spy’s mark instead.
Before you start The Gods Gave Me My Father's Wife
More happens in these five episodes than in most series: visions, an affair, exile and an offer of the crown. The free part covers the homecoming and the first shared dream, which is enough to see whether the mythological tone suits you. The rest of the legend costs 36 tokens.
